                NO REFUNDS , EXCHANGE FOR DIFFERENT SIZE ONLY . 

NO REFUNDS.  Store Credit OnlyEligible merchandise Only will be accepted for store credit. Gilt Gemz allows exchanges on sizes within 10 days of purchase, if your item does not fit.  We Must receive your item(s) back to us withing 10 days from package delivery.  To initiate a return, please email us at sales@giltgemzboutique.com to inform us of the size exchange.  

IF ELIGIBLE, STORE CREDIT will be issued in the form of a email with a Store Credit Code for you to use at check out on a future purchase.  We will issue the Store Credit to the same email that you placed your order with and with the value totaling the amount you received credit for.  

To Be Eligible for Exchange or Store Credit We Must Receive your items back within 10 days of the customer having recieved the package.  Customer is responsible for shipping costs. Returned Merchandise Must be: unworn, unwashed, tags on, free of any rips, stains, make-up, odor, deodorant, wear, hair, and in the same condition that you recieved it.  You will not be eligible for store credit if you return ripped merchandise due to improper sizing.  All items are thoroughly inspected with being shipped out.    

Since merchandise moves pretty fast, it item is no longer available, we will issue you a store credit on all returns, as we can not guarantee or hold merchandise.  We will email you if we cannot exchange for a different size and issue a store credit OR you have the option of repurchasing the item on the site before this happens, however, you will not be able to use a store credit until and after your return is received and you are approved and have received a store credit. You can use the issued credit after you receive the emailed store credit code.

Defective Or Problems with your Order must be reported within 48 hours of the package arrival in the form of an email to Returns@giltgemzboutique.com. You Must include an uploaded photo of damage/defect, otherwise You will not be eligible for a Store credit or replacement.

Undeliverable Packages If we recieve an undeliverable package back from shipping carrier due to the address provided being undeliverable, and Or if you send back an merchandise that does not meet our requirements, we will hold non-returnable items or packages returned by the shipping carrier for 10 days.  After 10 days, the items will be donated to charity.

Give us 5 to 10 business days to process your return, but it will be done as soon as possible.  We are not responsible to a return that was returned and not eligible for a store credit.  We will email you an invoice for shipping cost for us to ship back package.

More so, when shopping with Gilt and Gemz, it is important to provide correct details about your size if required. A customer who provides inaccurate information about size will be responsible for the cost of the item sent or any cost accrued from the transaction.

The refund policy offered by Gilt and Gemz helps to maintain a sound business continuity level for the company, and ensure that customers are adequately considered.
